Functional Requirement

Need to Design SH100 report on BW BEx query instead of Infoset in ECC system as the Crystal report in ECC is taking more than 12 hours to complete.

Solution Summary

1. Need to enhance the datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM for the field BOLNR( Bill of Lading)
2. Need to create DSO object ZSD_SHIP and transformation from datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM.
3. Need to create Infocube ZIC_SHIP and transformation from DSO Object ZSD_SHIP.
4. Need to create new Process chain ZPC_SHP to automate the loading process.
5. Move the transports to NBQ for testing and finally to NBP after successful testing.

Test Plan

Solution Details

1. Need to enhance the 2LIS_12_VCITM datasource for the field Bill of Lading(BOLNR) using the LO Cockpit application in NED.
2. Need to create DSO object ZSD_SHIP and transformation & DTP from datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM to load the delivery information.
3. Need to create Infocube ZIC_SHIP and transformation & DTP from DSO Object ZSD_SHIP and to convert Quantities to Eaches while loading.
4. Need to create new Process Chain ZPC_SHIP to automate the data loading and include it in Sales Order process chain as metachain.
5. Move the transports to NBQ for testing and finally to NBP after successful testing.
